“Sean, our DJ from Arbutus Entertainment, was an absolute blessing at our wedding. He made time for us and was very flexible to call and zoom meeting about our wedding to throughly plan the order of events and which songs we were playing. He immediately caught on to our vibes and applied them to each and every song and tune he played at our wedding. The portal he provided us with was so helpful because my husband and I are not very savvy when it comes to picking out songs… even our first dance! But the recommendations they provided us helped us choose the song that is now near and dear to our hearts. My husband and I are service members and we wanted to incorporate the Toast to the Fallen Ceremony in our reception. Sean brought tears to our eyes with how well he executed the Toast to the Fallen. We are very grateful that he kept the flow of our wedding running seamlessly, through making well-timed announcements and guidance to our guests. The dance floor was an absolute raging party because of his ability to feel the vibe of us and our guests, and his experience is very evident! Sean made us feel like the stars of the show, while at the same time made our wedding party feel special because he helped us introduce everyone with their individual entrance songs! “What happens when you set up a circus tent in a cow pasture in the Rocky Mountains with 160 people for a wedding, not a whole lot. What happens when you add DJ Aaron to the equation?! HE BRINGS THE PARTY!! From the moment we started our ceremony to the end of our private last dance (7 hours) DJ Aaron was engaged and kept the flow going. He was proactive and on top of things. He helped navigate through some weather changes. He fed off the crowd and changed the music to match the party. We got married in august and every time we see our friends they ask if DJ Aaron would come back to Colorado. We have gotten the most positive feedback from friends and family telling us that the party was unmatched and the best wedding they’ve been to! This was because of DJ Aaron! I think the most special part of It all was Aaron was able to bring his daughters to the wedding. It was so special to see his girls dance with the wedding party and DJ with their dad! It is so hard to put into words how grateful we are for DJ Aaron. 10/10 would recommend for any occasion. Aaron is so talented and passionate about his career! Dancing Queen beat drops for life!!! We worked with Aaron for booking & planning our wedding, and Sean was our DJ on the day! Aaron is very responsive, professional and beyond helpful every step of the way. Sean was an outstanding DJ, and kept the party going all night! We also used their photobooth, and they practically had to drag us away at the end of the night!! They provided so many fun props, and the best part was when Aaron sent us a link the next day to view ALL of the photos! We also had access to their online planning system and it made planning our wedding 10x easier! Highly recommend booking with Arbutus for any event!”

“Arbutus Entertainment did a phenomenal job with our wedding. My wife and I are a fairly young couple and had no idea what we were doing. Aaron and Shawn did an amazing job helping us through. Shawn was upbeat and did a great job looking out for our cues and keeping us on track throughout the day. They met with us over zoom before the wedding and we went over details ahead of time in a way that helped my wife and I feel much better about our upcoming wedding. Their website is very easy to use and has an intuitive method of adding music. It also has a message app on the homepage that gives you a list of everything they've sent you so far, which was super helpful because my email kept putting everything they sent it into the junk folder. Thanks to the design of their website, I was able to find things I'd missed. I don't plan on ever needing Arbutus Entertainment again for a wedding, but if I need a dj for anything else I will certainly give them a call.”

Sean and Aaron worked together for our wedding and from day one of planning and communicating they were my favorite vendors of the whole event! Quick responses, exceptional value and supportive of my husbands' active duty military status. They were such a blessing and so easy to trust after just our first conversation. I loved that everything they play is clean versions which ensures an always classy event and removes anxiety of any requests. They also let you list songs or artists you don't want to hear so even if a guest requests it, you don't have to hear a song you don't like, which I appreciated.
They also sent some photos to me after of the event which gave such a cool perspective! I think one of my favorite aspects of working with them was the planning tool which is worth the price of the service alone!

“If I could choose one word to describe Aaron and Arbutus Entertainment, it's would be PERFECTION! Arbutus Entertainment came recommended to us on Facebook for our wedding ceremony and reception. Aaron was very responsive, easy to work with, and overall just a great guy! The whole process was stress free, even when the weather outlook wasn't what we wanted and had to get ready for plan B, Aaron was super helpful in getting plan B in place. The whole day, I didn't have to worry or wonder a single thing about the DJ. He was on it! He kept the evening flowing, from start to end, including working with the venue and photographer. Everyone had a wonderful time! We highly recommend Aaron and Arbutus Entertainment!!”

“Hire these folks. Seriously. Aaron made sure that our day was perfect, and it was. He is easy to talk to, very experienced, and made the planning and execution amazingly easy for us. On the day, he took care of everything to do with the music and entertainment, as well as getting the officiant mic'd up for us. He even let me (the groom) parade around with a wireless mic for a while during the reception. I can't overstate how amazing it was to work with Aaron, and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.”
