He was so personable and so passionate about what he does. On wedding day, music and everything was a dream. He exceeded our expectations and then some. From the entire ceremony going smoothly, to how well he read our crowd and kept everyone dancing all night long, we are so thankful that we found Aaron and booked with him!! We worked with Aaron for booking & planning our wedding, and Sean was our DJ on the day! Aaron is very responsive, professional and beyond helpful every step of the way. Sean was an outstanding DJ, and kept the party going all night! We also used their photobooth, and they practically had to drag us away at the end of the night!! They provided so many fun props, and the best part was when Aaron sent us a link the next day to view ALL of the photos! We also had access to their online planning system and it made planning our wedding 10x easier! Highly recommend booking with Arbutus for any event!”

He even went above and beyond to accommodate some last-minute changes to the wedding schedule. Shawn was upbeat and did a great job looking out for our cues and keeping us on track throughout the day. They met with us over zoom before the wedding and we went over details ahead of time in a way that helped my wife and I feel much better about our upcoming wedding. Their website is very easy to use and has an intuitive method of adding music. It also has a message app on the homepage that gives you a list of everything they've sent you so far, which was super helpful because my email kept putting everything they sent it into the junk folder. Thanks to the design of their website, I was able to find things I'd missed. I don't plan on ever needing Arbutus Entertainment again for a wedding, but if I need a dj for anything else I will certainly give them a call.”

“If I could choose one word to describe Aaron and Arbutus Entertainment, it's would be PERFECTION! Arbutus Entertainment came recommended to us on Facebook for our wedding ceremony and reception. Aaron was very responsive, easy to work with, and overall just a great guy! The whole process was stress free, even when the weather outlook wasn't what we wanted and had to get ready for plan B, Aaron was super helpful in getting plan B in place. The whole day, I didn't have to worry or wonder a single thing about the DJ. He was on it! He kept the evening flowing, from start to end, including working with the venue and photographer. Everyone had a wonderful time! We highly recommend Aaron and Arbutus Entertainment!!”

Sean and Aaron worked together for our wedding and from day one of planning and communicating they were my favorite vendors of the whole event! Quick responses, exceptional value and supportive of my husbands' active duty military status. They were such a blessing and so easy to trust after just our first conversation. I loved that everything they play is clean versions which ensures an always classy event and removes anxiety of any requests. They also let you list songs or artists you don't want to hear so even if a guest requests it, you don't have to hear a song you don't like, which I appreciated.
They also sent some photos to me after of the event which gave such a cool perspective! I think one of my favorite aspects of working with them was the planning tool which is worth the price of the service alone!

“Hire these folks. Seriously. Aaron made sure that our day was perfect, and it was. He is easy to talk to, very experienced, and made the planning and execution amazingly easy for us. On the day, he took care of everything to do with the music and entertainment, as well as getting the officiant mic'd up for us. He even let me (the groom) parade around with a wireless mic for a while during the reception. I can't overstate how amazing it was to work with Aaron, and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.”
